It is with great sadness that we have to announce that we will not be moving forward with Northwest Fan Fest 2016, due to take place this July. This decision was not made lightly and we sincerely apologize to all the people this decision affects: the fans, exhibitors, guests, community partners, venues and all of our supporters both local and beyond.
We know many of you will be disappointed at this news, some of you even frustrated or upset. However in light of recent high profile event failures and cancellations, we feel it would be irresponsible to risk our fan’s resources and goodwill by hosting an event that would have been below our standards, and your expectations.
Full refunds will be offered within a timely manner to all who have purchased memberships, exhibitors spaces, or sponsorship packages.
It is our hope and goal to build on what we have built for 2016, and redirect it to make an even more amazing 2017 event. But we need your help to make this a reality. Over the next few months we will be announcing different ways you can get involved, either by joining the NWFF 2017 team, becoming a sponsor or event partner, or attending different themed fundraisers.
